• Our booking hours are Monday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Deposits

​

• A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be credited from your total.

• The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

• The remainder of your balance can be paid in CASH, APPLE CASH, ZELLE,VENMO, and CREDIT CARD (3.5% transaction fee applies​)

• Upon scheduling your appointment, you have a two-hour window to send your deposit or the appointment will be CANCELED.

 Appointment Policies

• Please be on time.

• BRAIDING HAIR IS INCLUDED, Human hair can be purchase at the shop or INCLUDED in your the price. Braiding hair color available are 1, 1b, 2, 27, 1bT27, 30, 1bT30, Burgundy, 613, 99J, Red.

• We Service Women, Men, Boys, Girls ( 3  years old and up However we don't Service Super tender headed and Uncooperative Kids who doesn't want their hair done, we avoid theses cases do to children safety and  may affect quality of the work). Thank you for your understanding.

• The prices do not include  shampoo and blow-dry, there is a $30 fee and up (depends on hair condition)required for wash and blow-dry.

• Please do not put any type of product in your hair - such as oil, leave-in conditioner, oil based heat protectant, or moisturizer. Hair must be freshly washed for better service and results.

• Untangled and clogged up  hair will be charged an extra $15-$30 fee.

• If your hair is shorter than 4-inches or you have alopecia, please book a consultation before booking your desire style.
